Competition Interactive (CI) and Virtual Media Group (VMG) has joined forces to bring virtual sporting events to the race and sports books of Nevada.
Following the JV between GVC Holdings and MGM Resorts - ROAR was born and set to change the way race and sports books offer products to their guests. H3 over the last year has worked hard on securing the field trial of all MGM strip property race and sports book locations here in Las Vegas to host the trial required by the state.
Getting this new technology across the certification and regulatory finish line (pun intended) has been no small task and we along with CI are very grateful in the way in which the Nevada Gaming Control Board has embraced this new technology with the end goal in sight.
Launching initially with Virtual horse racing, both Pari mutuel and fixed odds wagering opportunities, CI will bring new life into the sports books with exciting events, more frequently and more diverse. The road map for CI is paved to bring their exciting Running Rich Racing game to the big screen along with dog racing, MMA and many other sporting events.
