Business re-defined

“Following a significant competitor acquisition Roger was recruited first as COO and then Managing Director to Head up the European Commercial, Manufacturing and Operations activities of the combined European businesses. During his time in these roles Roger was responsible for developing and implementing the successful re-structuring and integration of the two businesses , which included overseeing the design and build of new manufacturing facilities, the recruitment and training of a multi-skilled team of employees whilst at the same time ensuring that the many and varied initiatives were realized, on time and within the financial budgets and commercial parameters agreed with the Board of Directors.

Having demonstrated his abilities in no short measure Roger was then appointed CEO to head up the Group’s North/South American activities, based in the Las Vegas, NV, where the primary objective was to integrate and further develop a newly acquired manufacturing facility and business, and to replicate commercially the many achievements the Group enjoyed from his time as Head of the European businesses.”
